Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling and installing various types of fencing, utilizing both power and hand tools. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

- Prep jobsites for installation (Measure, mark fence lines & layout post positions)
- Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
- Set posts in concrete or other stabilizing materials
- Assemble fence panels and attach them to the posts
- Install gates and hardware
- Ensure fences are level, straight and secure.
- Clean up the work area and remove any debris.
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Loading and unloading work trucks with fence materials

- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction.
- Professionalism when working with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to work with a team and/or independently.
- Physically fit with ability to frequently lift, and relocate items in excess of 50 lbs.

- Ability to operate and drive a truck and trailer
Experience
- Proven experience in fence installation or related carpentry work is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks as required for specific projects.
- Experience in using various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
