Sunbird Properties Maintenance, LLC is a family-owned and operated 5-Star professional tree service company. Servicing Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus Countries.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team. We are a growing tree care company that takes pride in our work and provides excellent customer service to our clients.
We are currently looking to hire a tree service sawman with lift experience. Full-time pay: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Previous Chainsaw & Lift/bucket truck Experience in the tree service industry is required.
- Previous Roping Limbs from a Lift or Bucket Experience.
- Previous Heavy Equipment Experience (Bobcat, Stump Grinder, & NiftyLift Lift)
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Gathering debris
- Use of a chainsaw and/or a pole saw to cut up brush and logs.
- Good physical strength, fitness, vision, and hearing.
- Ability to climb ladders, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop.
- Ability to transport heavy items.
- Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting a minimum of 50 lbs to shoulder height or more.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Superb communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Must be willing to work in all temperatures and weather.
- A valid driver’s license.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Operating Chainsaws, Polesaws, Hedgers, and Leaf Blowers
- Operating (Bobcat, Stump Grinder, & NiftyLift Lift)
- Roping Limbs from the lift.
- Gathering debris (branches, logs, etc.)
- Climbing Ladders
- Following verbal and written instructions
- Communicating with customers on the job site.
- A positive attitude on the job site
- Working in all temperatures and weather
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
