The Role :
The team at Sunbit is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Partner Support Associate to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your primary duty will be to answer calls from our valued retail partners and support them however possible. Other responsibilities for this role include technical troubleshooting software and hardware, answering financing questions and other duties as assigned. This will be an hourly position that requires schedule flexibility of possible nights and / or weekends.
Please Note : This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote) environment
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing :
- Maintain our Call Center database by entering information
- Ensure that our Retail Partner's service issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Follow scripts to handle a variety of situations
- Follow up with retail partners as needed
- Determine call center requirements by working with our retail partners
- Manage escalated calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
