Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to connect with homeowners and sell our cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident knocking on doors, and is comfortable working on a commission-based pay structure.

What You'll Do:

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to introduce and sell our cleaning services.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of professional cleaning and answer their questions.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently, encouraging homeowners to book services.
• Secure new clients and earn a percentage of each successful sale.
• Keep track of leads, follow up with interested homeowners, and help grow our customer base.

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions in residential areas.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
• Must be reliable, friendly, and confident when approaching homeowners.
