Responsibilities
The role involves consultative sales with homeowners, including measuring project sites, creating estimates, presenting proposals, executing contracts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience before, during, and after installation
The Sales Representative should generally be available during business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) and be flexible for occasional evening or weekend appointments as needed
Must have a personal vehicle for client visits
Conduct in-home consultations, presenting company services and products
Accurately measure project sites and gather all necessary details
Work with the CAD Construction Designer to develop drawings for proposals
Prepare estimates using our pricing spreadsheet
Present proposals, review design options, and close sales
Submit signed contracts and deposits to the administrative team
Enter customer details and progress updates into our CRM system
Provide HOA drawings to clients for submission (if required)
Keep customers informed about project progress
Facilitate invoice payments
Coordinate service requests with the appropriate teams
Attend weekly sales and production meetings
Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system
Manage company emails and calendar events
Report any construction-related issues to the appropriate teams
