Position Description:
As the Memorial Consultant / Store Manager, you are responsible for managing the sales efforts of the store with professionalism and integrity. Essential Functions
- Manage a granite memorial store – this may include weekends and evenings by appointment
- Assist families in selecting, designing, and purchasing a meaningful monument
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers/resources
- Execute a strategic marketing plan to promote the store
- Manage, direct and delegate sales support staff
- Local travel to support the growth and development of the business

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years previous sales experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business
- 3-5 years sales experience
- An understanding of funeral home, granite or retail store operations helpful
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Pre-employment physical and drug screen prior to hire
- Completion of technology testing and background check
- Ability to travel to St. Cloud, MN for training and annual sales meetings
