Job Summary
We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Window Washers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial windows - interior, exterior, screens and sills. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work at heights. Employees must have a valid driver license to operate the provided business vehicle. Employees must also have access to a washer and dryer for laundering of linens on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning of windows in residential & commercial buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Utilize ladders and other equipment safely to access high windows.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional service.
- Follow a daily schedule, which includes client stops within a 1.5 hour radius of Montrose.
- Upkeep of a branded work vehicle.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.
- Daily check-ins with business office in regards to schedule, projects.
Experience
- Previous experience washing windows is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety practices while performing tasks at heights is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
