Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Food Server to join our restaurant team at Suncadia. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to guest tables in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure accurate and complete service by confirming guest orders and requests
- Stock and maintain supplies, including condiments and linens
- Work efficiently to meet high-volume demands during peak periods
- Collaborate with servers and bussers to ensure seamless service and resolve any guest concerns
- Adhere to Suncadia's standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington state food handler permit required OR ability to obtain permit within 30-days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and services
