Suncadia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our golf services team as a seasonal player support ambassador. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest experiences at Suncadia's legendary golf courses by ensuring timely and friendly service to players.
As a member of our golf services team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests at the bag drop area, unloading clubs, cleaning, and storing them in a secure location.
- Cleaning and checking golf carts for damages when they return from use.
- Maintaining a tidy grounds area, including sweeping up golf balls, baskets, trash, and branches.
- Picking up golf balls daily, including those from the rough.
- Supplying clean golf balls to ball machines and reporting any missing or damaged rental clubs to management.
- Cleaning and organizing rental clubs and maintaining the back room and cart area in a neat and organized manner.
- Preparing and staging golf carts for use and providing shuttle services to guests as needed.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, can work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
