Suncadia Resort is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our golf services team as a seasonal player support ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at Suncadia's golf courses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests at the bag drop area, unloading their clubs, cleaning, and storing them securely.
- Checking golf carts for damages and reporting any issues to management.
- Maintaining the grounds area, including sweeping up golf balls, baskets, trash, and branches.
- Picking up golf balls daily, including those from the rough.
- Supplying clean golf balls to ball machines and reporting any missing or damaged rental clubs to management.
- Cleaning and organizing rental clubs and maintaining the back room and cart area in a neat and organized manner.
- Preparing and staging golf carts for use and providing shuttle services to guests as needed.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, can work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
