Seasonal - Tumble Creek Golf Player Services

Overview

The primary responsibility for this position is to professionally assist in the administration of services to Tumble Creek members, their families and guests and any potential members that visit the facilities. Participate as a member of the Tumble Creek team in building teamwork, effectiveness of services and the overall character of the Tumble Creek experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to all of our guests
• Greet all customers in bag drop area. Unload clubs, clean and place in bag drop area or cart 
• Clean & check carts for damages when they return
• Make sure all carts are accounted for and plugged in before locking up, as well as making sure grounds area is clean and ready for next day’s operations
• Keep range and practice area clean of golf balls, baskets, trash and trees
• Pick the driving range thoroughly everyday, including the rough
• Wash golf balls, supply clean golf balls to ball machine
• Clean and organize rental clubs, report any missing or damaged clubs immediately to Head or Assistant Professional
• Keep back room and cart area neat and clean
• Continually supply & prep carts to the staging area

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and non-verbal;
• Provide legible communication;
• Basic math skills;
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
• Prioritize and organize;
• Follow directions;
• Answer inquiries via telephone and e-mail in professional manner;
• Ability to resolve problems using good judgment;
• Ability to work as a team and/or as an individual with minimal supervision;
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data;
• Perform basic manual labor;
• Work outside in a variety of weather conditions;
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
