The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge enterprise voice technologies, integrating and interfacing platforms like Skype, Teams, and WebEx with Client hardware. The team uses Ribbon as the Client platform, and candidates with Ribbon experience will be prioritized. This is a backfill role with a focus on enterprise voice solutions, transport/carrier configurations, and SIP management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Session Border Controller Management: Administer and support Client technology, particularly Ribbon, within the enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Voice Platform Integration: Interface and integrate various voice/chat platforms (e.g., Skype, Teams, WebEx) with Client hardware and software.
- SIP Expertise: Provide extensive SIP experience to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Client solutions.
- Carrier/Transport Ownership: Oversee the carrier and transport aspects of the voice technologies ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication and network performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including network engineers, to maintain and improve voice infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to Client, SIP, and related voice technologies.
- Extensive SIP Experience: Deep knowledge of SIP protocols and their application in enterprise voice environments.
- Session Border Controllers: Expertise in Client technologies, particularly Ribbon (preferred).
- Enterprise Voice Technologies: Experience with Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco systems.
- Networking: Strong background in LAN/WAN networking.
- Enterprise Environment: Proven track record in managing complex enterprise communication systems.
- Ribbon Experience: Candidates with direct Ribbon Client experience will be prioritized due to the specialized nature of the platform.
- Financial Industry Experience: Background in the financial sector or other large-scale enterprise environments.
- Client Former Systems: Knowledge of Client Former systems is a plus.
- Line of Business (LOB): Global Network and Infrastructure, RTC Session Border Controller Team.
