Vendor Master Data Coordinator opportunity in Fort Lauderdale (Sox Shared Services SME)

Our client is a global shared service center provides finance and accounting services to multiple agencies within our client's portfolio, the ideal candidate will complete the execution of financial policies related to Shared Service Center activities and as a member of the SSC Operations Team this role will be a key liaison between our agency representatives and their internal team to enforce the stringent financial protocols.
Strategic Leadership; leading the Operations team, ensuring alignment with Global practices and policies.
Develop, evaluate and implement policies improve efficiency of current operations team processes and reduce costs.
Ensures financial operations (working capital, WIP, AP aging) are compliant with corporate expectations and SOX compliant.
Ensures financial processes and controls, i.e., billing, receivables, and all applicable financial processes are routinely completed and compliant with department policies.
Oversees the management and evaluation of direct reports, (D365 experience preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
10 years of financial experience, including management of process and financial controls. 5 years in a leadership role in a publicly held company
Extensive knowledge SOX requirements and experience in implementing corporate controls.
Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvement, direct knowledge of internal and external audit
Proficiency in financial software and system (D365 experience preferred)
