About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Director to lead and drive the development, strategy, and performance of our Lighting, Electrical, and Tools product portfolio. This role is pivotal in delivering market-leading solutions, optimizing product lifecycle management, and ensuring our products meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, an innovative mindset, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Lighting, Electrical, and Tools categories, aligning with the company’s overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Drive portfolio optimization by identifying gaps, streamlining offerings, and introducing innovative solutions.
