Who We Want
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager, Digital to join our marketing team to oversee and execute digital projects that bring our brand to life. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end development of campaigns, content, and experiences for web, social media, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring that every project aligns with our brand's vision and goals. This position requires comfortability in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with moving deadlines. The candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams, including design and product development, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer preferences, competitor strategies and analyze competitor products.
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive product callouts that highlight unique features, benefits, and customer-focused solutions.
- Develop project briefs, timelines and productivity reports.
- Ensure all marketing callouts align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to translate callouts into visually impactful still designs and videos.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to meet production deadlines efficiently.
- Negotiate project scopes / cost and manage all agency relationships and workflows.
- Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
