What You'll Do :
- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our lighting product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market trends.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and manufacturing) to develop new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring timely delivery.
- Go-to-Market Planning : Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring : Analyze product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take data-driven actions to achieve targets.
- Compliance & Standards : Ensure products meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals in all markets.
