Overview : The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our lighting products align with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company"s goals and market opportunities. Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term vision.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. Use data and customer feedback to drive product decisions, improvements and apply Market Research directly.
• Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and manufacturing) to develop new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Go-to-Market Planning : Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Performance Monitoring : Analyze product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take data-driven actions to achieve targets.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure products meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals in all markets.
• Leadership : Assist in the training & mentorship of new Product Managers. Work directly with the Product Director to update and improve current product processes .

Salary : $80,000 - $96,000 USD
