About this Job
You will be an expert in managing product from testing to mass production. You will be talking to our overseas manufactures to ensure that product meets all requirements. You will also be collaborating with the team internally to get all product information required for product launch. You will oversee our Product Engineers and Test Engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction in existing products without compromising quality or performance.
Work closely with PMs to develop and launch new products, providing technical guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
