Position Overview:
As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in managing the workflow across all divisions through our scheduling software and processes. This position serves as the front line of our customer interactions, requiring a candidate with outstanding customer relation skills and the ability to build good working relationships across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and answer a multi-line phone system.
- Engage with customers daily, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Create and manage work orders and estimates.
- Collaborate with Managers and Division Managers to build effective technician routes.
- Handle scheduling requests and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Confirm routes and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
- Communicate appointment details to customers via calls and emails.
- Schedule new homeowner walkthroughs and oversee the installation folder process.
- Obtain necessary locates and permits for installations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service position.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Windows-based software, email, and internet applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to effectively communicate with various internal teams and customers.
- Demonstrated strength in customer management – understanding and prioritizing customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities a plus!
Physical Demands:
- This role requires sitting for extended periods.
- Frequent oral and written communication, including talking on the phone and in person.
- Viewing of a computer monitor for various tasks.
Training:
Training will be provided for our specific software tools, including FileMaker and Auto Dialer (VoiceShot).
