POSITION TITLE: KIOSK SERVICE ATTENDANT
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
Job Summary:
The Kiosk Service Attendant provides excellent customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of a kiosk. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining kiosk cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring the functionality of kiosk equipment. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases or inquiries.
- Operate the cash register or POS system, process sales, and handle money accurately, including making change.
- Restock products, including food and non-food supplies, and ensure the kiosk remains clean and organized.
- Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate them to a manager if necessary.
- Perform opening and closing duties, such as counting cash and checking inventory.
- Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Provide excellent customer service with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to cover for the Greeter at times.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the centers.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Must be able to effectively manage workflow and maintain high-quality standards in environments where staffing levels may be below ideal, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with the team under pressure.
- Ability to use office equipment, including computers, registers, calculators, and more.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Cash Handling experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at times.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel to various center locations as required.
