Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: (after training)
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera.
- Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals
- Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures
- Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously
- Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions
- Perform end-of-day balancing
- Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements
- Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members
- Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
- Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee’s role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program
- Complete FACT Act Red Flag training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar position
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
