Responsibilities
- Ensure all project closeouts meet company standards—you are essentially the "Zamboni" for each project.
- Participate in client walkthroughs to document all punch list items.
- Address any tasks that are not deficiencies or incomplete work.
- Perform warranty-related tasks to support past and existing clients.
- Assist Construction Managers in coordinating trades to complete any outstanding deficiencies.
- Communicate the status of all assigned tasks and processes to Construction Managers.
- Provide support to maintain the overall project production schedule.
- Attend weekly production meetings.
- Log daily activities and tasks in Buildertrend .
Compensation & Benefits
