Job Description
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bingo department during assigned shift. Ensure strict compliance with all bingo rules and procedures to maintain the integrity of the game. Ensure all games are checked and payouts are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports operations of the bingo department on assigned shift.
- Ensure compliance with all bingo rules and procedures to maintain the integrity of the game.
- Assist in developing and implementing special promotions to increase bingo play.
- Ensure all games are checked properly and supervise payouts.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Ensure availability of supplies for bingo sessions, including food and beverage when required.
- Communicate with management, co-workers, visitors, customers, and vendors in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure proper working condition of bingo equipment.
- Periodic performance of the non-executive duties of Shift Supervisors and / or Shift Managers on a fill-in / as needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be able to obtain / maintain any necessary licenses and / or certifications.
