Key Responsibilities :
- Lead with Integrity and Compassion
- Empower and Support your team to ensure that they bring their best and most authentic selves to work every day
- Partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience
- Partner with the Medical Director to ensure Excellence in medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs
- Manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
