Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities by performing maintenance functions on a regular basis.

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. You may also be required to work at heights and in areas with loud noises. The physical demands of this role include regularly lifting up to 10 pounds, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Tools and Equipment:
You will use a variety of tools and equipment, including Front-end loader, Bobcat, Dump truck, Forklift, Cherry picker, various handtools, Brooms, Shovels, Water/Air hoses, Conveyor belts, Cleaning Agents, Water, and Lubricants.
Language and Math Ability:
You should be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Additionally, you should be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.

- Perform all maintenance functions (mechanical or electrical/electronic) necessary to maintain all operating and service equipment, including mobile equipment as required.
- Operate equipment in conjunction with repairs and provide assistance in operating functions as necessary to maintain continuity of operations.
- Work alone, with minimal supervision or with other Maintenance Technicians and coordinate and work in conjunction with operating team members in the performance of maintenance tasks.
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities as required or assigned by Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in Maintenance/Electrical etc.
- A High School diploma and/or GED is required.
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
