We're hiring certified CNAs and HHAs to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Smithville, TN.
Job Summary:
The Home and Community Based Services Certified Aide provides support and assistance to individuals to enable them to remain in their own home.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
- Notifies the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
- Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
Experience Desired:
- Prior experience in home care preferred.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- Must be a current CNA or HHA certified in Tennessee.
License Requirements:
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
