Job Overview:
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the busy spring season (till the end of May). In this hands-on role, you'll assist with customer carry-outs, general labor tasks, plant care, deliveries, and keeping the garden center clean and organized. You'll be on your feet, working outdoors, and part of a fast-moving, plant-filled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers load plants, soil, mulch, and other garden products into their vehicles
- Assist with unloading and stocking incoming plants and hard good deliveries
- Water and care for plants across the greenhouse and outdoor sales areas
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces (sweeping, trash, minor cleanup)
- Support greenhouse and garden center team with tasks as needed
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outside in all spring weather
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable
- Customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of plants or gardening is a plus
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed through May
