Details
The Administrator is responsible for the overall direction of the location’s services. They will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality, and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

- Review and monitor sales and service performances
- Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.

- A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
- A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
- Preferred experience in customer relations and clinical development.
