Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire fulfillment process, including invoicing, manifests, testing and filling all orders, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in inventory control, transportation management systems, and supply chain operations.
Duties
- Manage and maintain compliance with CCB
- Oversee daily operations of the fulfillment center, including testing of product, inventory audits, analyze sale trends, bridging the communication gap between cultivation and vendors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize transportation management systems to plan and execute transportation strategies effectively.
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies to monitor profit and loss within the fulfillment department.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Analyze fulfillment metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to align fulfillment processes with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fulfillment or logistics management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and fleet management techniques.
- Familiarity with transportation planning and management systems is essential.
- Excellent budgeting skills with a focus on profit loss analysis.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is highly desirable.
