Executive Director
Sundale Senior Living offers assisted living to seniors. Our goal is to bridge the gap between independent living and standalone assisted living solutions for seniors.
The Executive Director leads a team of employees with a positive, open-door atmosphere and effective communication. The Executive Director is accountable for staff management, development and engagement, resident and family satisfaction, resident occupancy levels, regulatory and budget compliance, sales and marketing activities in order to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Must have a genuine interest in the care of the elderly
- Express Compassion for residents, staff, and guests on a consistent basis.
- Ability to handle goal achievement with urgency, while effectively delegating tasks, as necessary.
- Comfortability with maneuvering many different computer software systems, online platforms, and reporting functions.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities, develop a cohesive management team, direct the overall operation of the community and make business decisions on a daily basis.
- The ability to handle emergency situations calmly and completely is essential
- Texas Licensed Assisted Living Administrator Certification required.
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.
- Effective organizational and manager skills with attention to detail and Time Management skills
- Experience in sales and marketing, identifying and building local relationships to drive business.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage facility budgets and business practices to include labor costs, payables, and receivables
- A sales-focused mindset and active participation in marketing and sales activities and results
- Monitor each department, communicate, and interpret policies
- Maintain current knowledge of OSHA and State Regulations and routinely monitor facility compliance
- Conduct routine inspections of services being provided to ensure the highest quality.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Provides training and education to Staff on an ongoing basis
Pay Rate and Benefits:
- $70,000 Commission.
