What You'll Be Doing

• Leading & Inspiring a Team – Mentor, hire, and build a top-tier care team.
• Championing Quality Care – Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management.
• Driving Compliance & Excellence – Stay ahead of audits, inspections, and state regulations to keep our community thriving.
• Building Relationships – Engage with residents, families, and healthcare providers to create a connected, caring community.

What We’re Looking For

• An LVN Rockstar! Active LVN license in Texas required.
• A True Leader! 3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented! We run a fully electronic care environment (EMAR/EHR).
• Passion for Dementia Care! Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) is a plus, but not required.

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed
