The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing first contact, face-to-face customer service with retail customers, emphasizing the brand, creating a sense of personal service, and meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
Requirements:
Customer Service/Sales
1. Customer service is key; we are here to enhance the customer experience by outfitting them from head to toe
2. Tell the product story, features, and benefits of our unique merchandise offering
3. Inform customers of our website and catalog, offering to put them on our mailing list
4. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and dusting
6. Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise as needed
7. Maintain a high level of awareness regarding loss prevention and safety
8. Other duties as assigned by a member of management
Qualifications
- Sundance brand fan
- 1 years of retail sales experience
- Personal sales and service achievements
- Proficient use of retail POS, ordering, and inventory management systems
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Lift and carry merchandise, typically weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, and reach to organize shelves and assist customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
