Rate of Pay: $16.50 per hour

Variable shifts 9:00am - 7:00pm, Must be available weekends and holidays

Summary: Ensure the safety, efficiency, and overall guest experience of the ZipTour course while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with guests of all ages and provide a welcoming experience.
- Educate guests about Sundance's history, environment, and land preservation efforts.
- Support sustainability efforts and promote a positive culture for guests and peers.
- Comfortably work at varying heights to operate ZipTour spans.
- Maintain safety standards, conduct equipment inspections, and complete daily opening/closing procedures.
- Fit guests with harnesses and helmets, provide safety briefings, and oversee proper gear use.
- Demonstrate proper use of PPE.
- Assist guests with takeoff, landing, and course navigation while demonstrating proper zipping techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspect course components, and ensure all safety gear is in top condition.
- Execute emergency procedures, including course rescues and weather-related evacuations.
- Conduct winter operations, including de-icing cables and clearing snow from pathways.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED; prior zipline experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in extreme weather.
- Proficiency with two-way radios and basic safety communication.
- Must meet ZipTour ride requirements (height, weight, and health restrictions).
- Exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme heat, cold, and high elevations.
- Work in high, precarious locations with mechanical equipment and moderate noise levels.
