We are currently seeking a full time Property Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH!

Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the residential propertyPrepare and manage the operating budget in order to control expenses and meet financial objectives; Prepare financial variance reports as neededSupervise the collection of rents and all monies on site and ensure prompt deposit and accurate record keeping of these fundsDevelop, implement and monitor marketing strategy to maximize resident retention and generate a sustaining flow of qualified prospectsRegularly conduct marketing surveys to be aware of competitors’ activities in the surrounding marketplace and make recommendations based on survey analysisDevelop and implement positive resident relations program for the communityShow and lease apartments; Process applications and move in and move out documentsAchieve and maintain designated occupancy goals and objectivesRecruit, train and develop qualified talent to achieve project goals Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairsComplete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the company and federal or state agenciesEnsure compliance with all HUD and Fair Housing regulationsRequirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferredOne to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have LIHTC experienceTax credit experience preferredA valid Driver’s License requiredCAM Certification preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems and property management softwareThe ability to work flexible hours / days including weekends if necessaryThe ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWant to join our growing team?
