Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Wireless Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of wireless products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable wireless plans and devices.

• Drive sales of smartphones, tablets, accessories, and service upgrades.

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with device setup.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement creative sales strategies, including in-store promotions and gorilla marketing campaigns.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Create a book of business and become an expert at gaining referrals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wireless industry.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Experience with gorilla marketing techniques (e.g., street teams, event marketing) is a plus.
