What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Sundara Inn & Spa?
The Sundara Inn & Spa Night Auditor maintains superior guest service and provides guests and employees with a high comfort level during our overnight hours. You will manage both the front desk and PBX Phone during the 3rd shift. Your attention to detail will shine as you take responsibility for final daily bucket check, correction of all room rates and managing guest billing and balances. You’ll contribute to smooth operations by running daily reports, balance and transmit credit cards daily, and checking over all Spa Appointments for the day. Your confident performance will make for a seamless and pleasant guest experience, day into night.

Education and Experience
- Two years experience in the hotel industry, preferably Night Audit
- Understanding of the hotel industry including world-class service
Computer and Accounting Skills
- Must be computer proficient
- Basic understanding of accounting
Availability
- Able to work overnight shifts
- Must be flexible in work scheduling, with the ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and holidays
