Job Summary

At Sunday Cleaners, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maid to join our team as an independent contractor. This part-time position offers flexible hours, and you'll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services across residential and commercial settings. Your role will vary depending on the specific job, from regular cleaning to deeper, more specialized tasks. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and creating a clean, welcoming environment for our clients.

Pay Range: 20-30$ an hour or Per Project

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in homes and businesses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas.
• Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, ensuring everything is clean, fresh, and presentable.
• Make beds and tidy bedrooms, ensuring all areas are neat and organized.
• Handle floor care activities like sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning to meet the high standards our clients expect.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required, such as move-in/move-out cleaning or post-construction cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various tasks.
• Ability to adapt to different types of cleaning tasks based on client needs (e.g., regular upkeep vs. deep cleaning).
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, contractor role.

Requirements

• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to various job sites using your own car.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment, linens, and other materials.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Schedule and Compensation

• This is a part-time contractor position with flexible hours.
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
