Café Chelsea, located in the iconic Hotel Chelsea, is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to craft exceptional coffee experiences for our guests. We are a dynamic, hospitality-driven team that values precision, artistry, and genuine service.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages with expert technique.
• Maintain consistency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink presentation.
• Engage with guests warmly, providing knowledgeable recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with daily café operations, including stocking, cleaning, and POS transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the standards of a Michelin-level hospitality experience.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 years of specialty coffee or high-volume café experience.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
