The Sunday River Outfitters Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of SRO, function as a guide for groups, and coordinate activity planning. This role is responsible for scheduling team members and facilitating activities including archery, paddle boarding, axe-throwing, kayaking, and guided hikes. The Coordinator will also train and manage new and returning Guides, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to lead engaging and safe outdoor experiences for the summer 2025 season. The ideal candidate is an experienced outdoor leader with effective communication and organizational skills, capable of fostering a positive and professional team environment.

The Sunday River Outfitters Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of SRO, function as a guide for groups, and coordinate activity planning. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and teach Archery, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, and Axe Throwing lessons
- Go on hikes with guests
- Support other activities around the resort
- Maintain equipment
- Maintain Archery and Axe ranges
- Transport guests to and from activities as requires
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Facilitate training sessions
- Schedule and manager SRO team members through Flaik
- Work with the VP of Resort Services on future planning for SRO
- Maintain training records and updated JHA through Schoox
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- A recreational guide's license is a plus.
- Requires the use of judgment to determine actions to be taken.
- Aptitude toward problem solving and mechanical skills.
- Ability to teach and communicate with guests.
- Knowledge of archery, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
- Knowledge of hiking trails around the area is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Wage is $27 per hour
