Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Perform minor carpentry repairs, including painting, drywall repair, leak detection and repair, heating and cooling troubleshooting, woodwork, carpet repair, shoveling, mowing, and weed whacking.
- Ensure facility upkeep through daily maintenance rounds and logs for various areas, including back-of-house, front-of-house, and exterior spaces.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team member maintenance requests.
- Maintain adherence to Sunday River Resort policies and procedures.
- Comply with all departmental, resort-wide, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience.
