What are the responsibilities and job description for the SHUTTLE DRIVER position at Sunday River?
Overview :
Join Sunday River's transportation team and help transport guests and Team Members throughout the resort in a safe and efficient manner . The i dea l candidate will provide exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with guests and answering any a nd all ques tions they may have about the resort. Patience, friendliness, and efficiency are what it takes to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities :
- Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
- Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into tow n.
- Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist.
- The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle.
- Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service.
- Maintai n a clea n vehicle at all times.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager.
