Job Title: Ticket Checker
Sunday River is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Ticket Checking team.
We utilize advanced technologies to verify passes and grant access to our world-class terrain. As a Ticket Checker, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the RFID system while greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues and communicate unsolvable problems with supervisors.
- Set up the lift line corral area prior to lifts opening.
- Assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
- Become familiar with the resort's trails, basin areas, and general layout.
- Advise and assist guests as needed in a courteous manner.
- Familiarize yourself with the resort's policies, safety practices, and guest service expectations.
- Contribute to the team effort by participating in job sharing, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and engaging in safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required, but ski resort knowledge is beneficial.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
