About the Role
We are rapidly expanding and need passionate, driven individuals to help us grow. As we enter new cities, onboard key clients, and tackle complex operational challenges, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and teams are aligned. You will work closely with our Product team to address the operational and logistical challenges of scaling an innovative product in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership : Lead complex projects, such as third-party integration, onboarding key enterprise clients, or launching in new cities.
- Delivery & Alignment : Maintain clear project timelines, goals, and progress updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment across technical, product, and operational teams.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
