We were featured in New York Magazine as the best nail salon and known for disrupting the nail industry for making manicures more mindful in the New York Times. We have locations in Hudson Yards, NoMad, SoHo, East Village and UES. We are seeking a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our awesome marketing team!
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Omni-Channel Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily focus on social media, graphic design, and newsletters campaigns with Klaviyo. You will also be responsible for managing e-commerce activities and tools, particularly Shopify. As part of a fast-growing start-up, you will be expected to embrace a flexible, agile environment and a hybrid work model to help grow the foot traffic and evolve the brand across multiple channels.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing, graphic design, e-commerce, and digital ads.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email marketing, Shopify for e-commerce management, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of digital ads (Google Ads,Instagram Ads) for campaign execution and traffic generation.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platform strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable executing all aspects of the marketing strategy with a proactive and flexible attitude.
