Position Overview: In this part-time role, you will assist with customer inquiries, administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and occasional messenger duties. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring that both internal and external communication is efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Admin Support: Handle various office tasks such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Logistics Support: Assist with inventory management, tracking shipments, coordinating deliveries, and updating logistics records.
- Messenger Services: Run light errands, including delivering documents or small packages to clients, partners, or vendors as needed.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing customer and office records.
- Provide general support to the team with other office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, logistics, or messenger services is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic email platforms.
- A basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, and light messenger duties is a plus but not required.
