Job description
We are currently seeking a Solar Sales Closer to help grow our market presence in your area. Solar Sales Closers are responsible for closing solar deals efficiently. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who generate their own business in addition to traveling to pre-scheduled appointments to inform prospective customers about the benefits of renewable energy and the savings that come as a buy product.

We will provide the necessary training and tools to ensure success. All we need from you is a positive attitude and an “ALL IN“ mindset.

The Promise

A step-by-step development program guides new sales closers to success. Once the sales process is mastered, Sunder always finds their leadership candidates from our internal sales fore. There is no ceiling to your growth at Sunder.

Job Description

  • Attend weekly sales trainings.
  • Compete in office and company-wide competitions.
  • Generating your own leads in addition to running leads provided by Sunder,
  • educate clients about renewable energy, and walk customers through the solar sales process.
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE, ALL IN MINDSET, SMILE, & HAVE FUN!

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria
  • Meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
  • Able to work Evening and Weekend Hours, you need to be available when homeowners are off work.... 4pm - 8pm is PRIME-TIME.
  • Working during PRIME-TIME won't be the only hours.... but seldomly doing so will cut your overall income potential in 1/2.
  • We’ve found that generating your own business improves your skill set and increases your overall income significantly.

Expectations and Critical Skill Sets

  • Operate outside of an office environment and willing to drive/knock daily.
  • Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules. Accommodating evening and Saturday appointments will be required.
  • Proven track record of field sales experience and hitting sales metrics (closing % & attrition rate)
  • Able to handle mature conversations in a respectful manner with customers, operations team, and other employees.
  • Must have access to a vehicle, smartphone, and tablet/i-pad at all times
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and a natural problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
