- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with "Waterfall" and "Agile" methodologies (8 years)
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Creating and maintaining artifacts such as : business requirements documents, requirements traceability matrices, and test plans (8 years)
- Ability to independently analyze, document, and speak competently to business objectives, gaps, needs and problems.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
Hybrid / On Site positions : Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role. This position is currently hybrid. (95% remote ~5% onsite) However, position status is subject to change. No designated work-space will be assigned however, selected candidate must be available to work at our location as needed. DCF work location is 201 W. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703. DCF does not pay for travel time or reimburse for travel expenses.
Project details :
This position supports the overall planning, development, testing, implementation, and support of DCF's child welfare application, Wisconsin’s Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (eWiSACWIS). This position works with the vendor to define and develop detailed specifications and designs for system development. The position will work with County and State programmatic staff and Child Welfare project management staff to define and develop applications to support business processes
