Project Details
This business analyst will be responsible for facilitating the communication with IT staff and business customers to assist in the development, implementation, and support of a multi-year, multi-phase enhancement project as well as quality control and testing web applications developed in the Child Care Child Welfare (CCCW) section with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) with the State of Wisconsin.
The business analyst will understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions. Working with the PM, the incumbent will manage the process of taking business requirements and translating them into technical requirement that, technologists will use drive requirements to design. The incumbent will also perform quality assurance (QA) testing as releases are moved from system testing to QA testing environments, as well as being a liaison between the business user acceptance testers to report bugs back to the technical team.
