Eskimo Brothers is a trusted air conditioning and heater repair company serving the Tampa and Brandon area. We specialize in servicing heaters, air conditioners, furnaces, air ducts, heat pumps, and other HVAC systems for residents in Hillsborough, Polk, and Pinellas counties.

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and driven HVAC Service Technician (Sales) to join our team in Tampa / Brandon, FL. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to provide exceptional service and promote our HVAC solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.

In addition to servicing HVAC systems, this role includes identifying and recommending tailored solutions to customers, which may include system upgrades, maintenance packages, or new installations. The position is commission-based, offering significant earning potential for results-driven professionals.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and components with efficiency and precision.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and other services that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommended solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell maintenance packages, extended warranties, and new equipment when appropriate.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including services provided and sales made.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers while promoting additional services.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive commission-based compensation structure with no cap on earnings.

    • Schedule :

    Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.
