As a Tommy's Express Wash Tech Team Member, You Get To :
Receive extensive and ongoing training to oversee wash quality and maximize the guests wash experience. We sell clean.
Enjoy Communicating with Management and Operations Team as Needed
Maintain External Vacuum Center. Great customers and ensure a positive experience.
Keep location neat and always maintain car wash cleanliness.
Perform site and grounds maintenance (site cleanliness, etc.) Exceed guest's expectations, always.
A positive, friendly attitude.
Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction above all else Promptly and accurately process guest orders.
Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for maximum guest experience.
Foster a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management.
